Overview
SendMyBill is a SaaS platform designed to streamline invoicing and billing for freelancers and small businesses. The goal was to create a simple, efficient interface that enables users to generate invoices, track payments, and manage client information effortlessly. My role involved designing the complete user interface with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and a clean visual aesthetic. I worked closely with developers to ensure the design was both visually appealing and highly functional, with a responsive experience optimized across desktop and mobile devices.
Results
The redesigned experience for SendMyBill led to a significant improvement in overall usability and user engagement. Users were able to create and send invoices faster, with a noticeable reduction in the steps required to complete key actions. The simplified interface and clearer information hierarchy improved navigation, resulting in fewer drop-offs during the invoicing flow. Additionally, the responsive design ensured a seamless experience across devices, allowing users to manage billing on the go without friction.
